Acabamos de leer sorprendidos en GamesIndustry que los usuarios europeos ni recibiremos la PS3 de 80 Gb ni habrá una rebaja de precio de venta para la actual consola. Parece que SCEE ha decidido que a los europeos nos basta con la consola de 60 Gb en un Starter Pack con 2 mandos SixAxis (en vez de uno como actualmente) y un par de juegos.
Los juegos que podrá elegir el comprador son los siguientes: Resistance: Fall of Man, Motorstorm, Genji: Days of the Blade, Formula One Championship Edition y Ridge Racer 7.
El resultado final para el usuario es prácticamente el mismo: si quiere una PS3 deberá desembolsar los 599€ igualmente y estará comprando una consola PEOR y MUCHO MÁS CARA que la que está a la venta en EEUU. Nos parece increible que la división europea de Sony, SCEE, siga menospreciando de este modo a sus usuarios, causando este agravio comparativo respecto a los usuarios estadounidenses. La consola llegó tarde y más cara que en EEUU y Japón. Ahora ellos tienen PS3 de 80 Gb y aquí seguiremos con la de 60 Gb a un precio superior.
Lo peor del asunto es que David Reeves, presidente de SCEE se congratula de lo bien que van las ventas en territorio europeo: “Con 1’2 millones de unidades en territorios SCEE vendidas hasta la fecha, la Playstation 3 ha confirmado ser un gran e inmediato éxito“. Por estas palabras, mucho nos tememos que no habrá signos de cambio en Sony en su trato hacia los usuarios europeos.
Si la gente sigue comprando la consola a pesar de todo, ¿para qué acomodar el precio??…

Начались “проверки” с телефонных звонков – где директор, сколько человек работает на фирме. После чего последовали “письма счастья” с просьбой предоставить всю бухгалтерскую документацию, учредительные документы фирмы, и даже, план экспликации БТИ.
Такие запросы химкинским фирмам рассылает 1 отдел Оперативно-розыскной части № 9 Управления по налоговым преступлениям ГУВД Московской области за подписью начальника подполковника милиции Д.В. Языкова.
И всё это в то время, когда Президент дал прямое указание правоохранительным органам о прекращении всех незаконных проверок малого и среднего бизнеса. С это целью внесены изменения в Федеральный закон “О милиции” – из статьи 11 этого закона исключены пункты 25 и 35, на основании которых ранее правоохранительные органы имели право проверять финансово-хозяйственную деятельность предприятий.
Видно, об изменениях действующего законодательства местные правоохранительные органы не уведомлены. И не смотрят телепередачи с выступлениями Президента.
Может быть, эта публикация подвигнет их к исполнению указаний Президента, а также к изучению и соблюдению действующего законодательства
